孔径.流量.压差计算.xlsx 计算工具分享
概述这几天,有朋友又再次和我讨论起液体中孔径.流量.压差三者的关系,我给他推荐了 用Simcenter Amesim 仿真节流孔径、压损以及流量的关系 道理看懂了,公式也给了,但是用笔计算,就莫名的烦躁。要是能有个小工具,输入参数,直接看结果,那该多好啊。今天,他来了!正文我也是今天心情不错,那就顺便把公式整理成excel文件吧,孔径.流量.压差这三者关系,已知两个求第三个参数。使用方法应该一目了然吧,黄色底色的就是需要输入的值,默认情况下,a的值最好不修改,这是我个人试验得到的修正系数,除非你十分确定他是错误的,那你就自行修正。密度ρ,0.8是油液的密度,如果你是其他介质,请自行填写密度。一切就很完美了,送给不想手动计算的你! 😁结尾:这是我第一次原创公式文件,希望他能帮到更多的人,good luck!附件:孔径.流量.压差计算.xlsx 隐藏内容,请前往内页查看详情

板式换热器计算设计(二)利用工具快速计算换热面积
概述前段时间写了 板式换热器计算设计(一)基本概念及对应公式 ,原本想后续跟上描述计算换热面积的小工具或软件和换热器在仿真软件ANSYS中的使用和结果。但很多事情真是不能拖,做事情趁热打铁效果最好,这次就是放的有点久了,导致我自己都忘得差不多了。正文计算板式换热器,我先后找过好几个软件,最终推荐使用Phecal的软件,我在网上分别找到了5.0版本和7.0版本,但7.0版本加了锁,没法使用,喜欢破解压缩文件的人士,可以尝试一下,我都在本文结尾分享出来。事实上,Phecal的发展升级,已经开放了网页版本,打开网址,免费注册会员,后台一般都会通过审核,然后就可以愉快的使用网页版本了,其实网页版更便捷,一个网址在哪里都可以用,只是很多人可能对网页版本没有安全感,害怕某一天忽然无法访问或会员收费制度,更喜欢破解后的软件版本。Phecal网页版本使用方法这里我大概描述一下Phecal网页版本的用法:注册会员这里就省略了,注册会员后,等待后台审核通过。建立模板库在做计算前,你必须建立自己的板型库参数,后期的计算都是基于你建立库的参数进行计算。 参数如图示,已经很清楚了,如果你的结构和图示一致, 那就最好不过了,如果不一致,那只能是类似或参考数据,从我第一篇文章就知道,换热系数是个很复杂的因素过程,其中就和结构有很大关系,目前模板库中的结构参数明确可以得出对应的换热系数,其它结构,只能参考。开始计算注意看绿色方框中的6个参数,要想计算换热量(热负荷),至少要已知5个参数,就可以得出剩余的1个参数和换热量,然后结合我们自己建立的模板库,就可以得出换热面积。结尾有了软件的辅助,让以前的手写计算公式变得更加容易和快捷。 后续有兴趣的话,我会出一期板式换热器在ANSYS中的仿真计算,但现在太“懒”, 😊 还请理解。附件Phecal 5.0Phecal 7.0(无解压密码) 隐藏内容,请前往内页查看详情

利用Amesim快速查看DN50孔径的空气流量能力
概述以前利用Amensim分析过节流孔径、压差、流量三者的关系,具体可以看 用Simcenter Amesim 仿真节流孔径、压损以及流量的关系 这篇文章。最近又遇到空气的流量项目:孔径为50,入口为空气,入口压力为77psi,常温,那需要多少气流量才能建立起这个压力呢?正文 正常的做法就是查询相关资料,孔径和气流量的对应关系,我记得有个曲线图还挺复杂,那既然电脑上已经安装好了Amesim,那不是很顺手的事情?虽然我以前也很少用到气体元件库。绘制草图 草图搭建很简单,气源,定义介质为空气,节流孔、排气元件。设置参数 参数设置需要说明一下,软件默认采用的是Cq的流量系数,默认值给的是0.72,如果我没记错的话,如果是液体,也是这个值,我认为这个值有很大的问题,我以前是液体做过修正的,气体我也不清楚流量系数多少合适,那就直接切换孔径的KV值或CV值,这个和球阀的KV或CV类似,这样就好办了,直接参考DN50的球阀对应KV值,这个很容易查到,我得到是:230软件默认选项调整为KV值运行仿真 进行仿真,很快就能看到结果:需要:404kg/min的气体流量,入口压力为77psi. 结尾 有了软件辅助,确实极大的提高了评审工作涉及的便捷性,但准确性就需要后期结合实际测试数据进行对比修正了。

板式换热器计算设计(一)基本概念及对应公式
概述 换热器从概念上来讲。就是让冷热介质进行热交换,已达到加热或制冷的目的。 从交换介质来划分,就有了:气-气,气-液,液-液等多种形式; 从换热器结构来划分,常见就有了:名称翅片式管翘式板式钎焊式外形备注多用于气体-气体,气体-液体的换热容器中浸没了盘管结构,用于液体-液体换热隔板分割冷热介质,含有密封条板式扩展出的一种,板-板之间采用钎焊的方式,无密封条 以前,对于换热器,我总是买来用就是了,近期有个项目,需要设计它,可是我不会啊。怎么办? 启动学习模式吧,现在互联网这么便捷,给我们提供了一个非常好的学习环境。正文本文主要以液体-液体的换热方式来描述,原理上并不难,两种液体间隔金属板进行热交换,高温介质热量流向低温介质,忽略环境散热,热量应守恒。其热流量衡算关系为: ( 热流体放出的热流量)=(冷流体吸收的热流量)基本概念: 理论基础要打好,才能真正理解后面公式所表达的意义:相变:介质是否发生了从一种相(态)忽然变成另一种相,最常见的是冰变成水和水变成蒸气。比热容(Cp):即单位质量物体改变单位温度时吸收或放出的热量。即令1kg的物质的温度上升1开尔文所需的热量。单位:kJ/(kg·K)热导率(λ):又称“ 导热系数 ” 在物体内部垂直于导热方向取两个相距1米,面积为1平方米的平行平面,若两个平面的温度相差1K,则在1秒内从一个平面传导至另一个平面的热量就规定为该物质的热导率,。单位:W/m.℃、W/m.K注意:单位换算中:W/m.℃ = W/m.K换热系数(α):这个就稍微有点复杂,总得来说就是流体与固体表面之间的换热能力,比如说,物体表面与附近介质温差1℃,单位时间(1s)单位面积上通过对流与附近介质交换的热量。单位为W/(m^2·℃)或J/(m^2·s·℃)。换热系数的数值与换热过程中流体的物理性质、换热表面的形状、部位以及流体的流速等都有密切关系。理论推导可参考:努赛尔准则式总传热系数(k):上面的换热系数(α)表达的是介质和金属板面的的换热能力,那作为换热器,有多个换热板,结合换热板面的厚度,是否存在污垢,多重因素综合起来的总换热系数。理论公式:板式换热器在 进行热衡算时,无相变化的传热过程其表达式又有所区别。(本文主要描述板式换热器无相变介质的热传递)式中 Q--冷流体吸收或热流体放出的热流量,W;mh,mc-----热、冷流体的质量流量,kg/s;Cph,Cpc------热、冷流体的比定压热容,kJ/(kg·K);T1,t1 ------热、冷流体的进口温度,K;T2,t2------热、冷流体的出口温度,K。从上式中,我们就可以得到热负荷 Q, 那热负荷又存在以下公式:Q = m · cp · dtQ = k · A · LMTDQ = 热负荷 (kW)m = 质量流速 (kg/s)cp = 比热 (kJ/kg ℃)dt = 介质的进出口温度差 (℃)k = 总传热系数 (W/m2 ℃)A = 传热面积 (m2)LMTD = 对数平均温差关于LMTD的计算:逆流时:并流时:总的传热系数用下式计算:其中:k=总传热系数(W/m2 ℃)α1 = 一次测的换热系数(W/m2 ℃)α2 = 一次测的换热系数(W/m2 ℃)δ=传热板片的厚度(m)λ=板片的导热系数 (W/m ℃)R1、R2分别是两侧的污垢系数 (m2 ℃/W)α1、α2可以用努赛尔准则式求得。结尾: 比较匆忙,空了再写吧,不过上面的公式已经够用了,可以看出,根据上面的公式:已知:(1)热介质入口温度;(2)热介质出口温度;(一般为期望值)(3)热介质流量;(4)冷介质入口温度;(5)冷介质出口温度;(一般未知)(6)冷介质流量; 只需要知道上面任意5个参数,根据热负荷守恒,就可以推导出剩余的1个,但我们在设计换热器或选择换热器的时候,热交换面积是一个非常重要的参数,要想推导热交换面积,就没那么简单了,困难就出在总传热系数K值不好确定,要想通过公式推导,确实复杂,至少不适合新手或外行,总传热系数的计算要涉及到详细的板式换热器结构设计。 也就是说,先有结构设计,才能计算换热面积,网上很多教程为了便捷,直接给的是经验值系数,但范围宽的离谱,比如:流体对流换热系数(k)水大约 1000 W/(m2 °C)热水1000 – 6000 W/(m2 °C)蒸汽6000 – 15000 W/(m2 °C) 我认为这样的经验系数是没法用的,影响结果极大,已经没啥意义了,那就没办法了吗? 当然有,我们可以借助换热器专业厂家的产品计算软件或excel来计算,只要我们需求的产品和板式换热器结构类似,就可以套用他们的结构设计来计算换热面积,而且不用繁琐的公式计算,我后面推荐和分享几个小软件或程序,快速计算换热面积。

橡胶rubber 密封圈特性,耐温范围,各种油液、冷冻液,水乙二醇glycol介质适用情况。
概述工作需要,经常会碰到各种流体介质:普通液压油、航空液压油,航空冷冻液,发动机滑油,这些油液的工作温度特别宽,高温会到200℃以上,低温会到-55℃,并且各种介质对橡胶还存在不兼容性,有的介质会使不合适的橡胶制品发涨,鼓包,很快会失去密封特效。 那有没有类似的油液资料库,可以查到我们上面关注的知识点,可惜这方面网上的资料还真不多,最痛苦的是搜索方法,比如我们国内常说的:46#液压油,32号航空红油,65号冷冻液,这些描述都是为了方便称呼,泛指,但具体查资料的时候,需要油液的准确成分或型号,这方面,欧美国家是走在我们前面的,谷歌上有很多他们的介质资料,自然要找到他们对应的型号,比如,mil标准,才能找到对应的资料。 我举个例子:65号冷冻液,这是我们的称呼,但实际成分是水和乙二醇的配比,对应mil标准是MIL-PRF-87252。 你可以在我的友链中,找到everyspec油液资料库或谷歌中找乙二醇(glycol)或MIL-PRF-87252,注意,需要英文或纯字母型号,大概率是能找到你需要的资料的。 但,出来的资料,仍然是特性参数,密度、比热、...我们上面提到的橡胶和介质的适用特性,介绍寥寥无几。
