## General Description
The Temperature-Control Valve (TCV) is driven by an electro-mechanical actuator installed on
a valve-housing assembly.
The TCV controls the bypass flow of the air-cycle machine (ACM) to get the necessary pack-discharge
temperature. Also, when an ACM failure occurs the TCV opens and decreases the pressure drop
